- Flex Hours in the last three business days of each month-end, with staff available until 9:00 p.m. Central Time to assist in the pressure-packed transactional environment often experienced during such times.
- Direct handling of the opening and closing of all accounts with secure email confirmations through GuarantyNet®. Our staff accesses our account system directly, not through another operational area of the bank, resulting in fast and accurate account openings and closings.
- Extended deposit deadlines as late as 9:00 p.m. Central Time through Guaranty Virtual Deposit
- Late day wires available after 4:30 p.m. Central Time with prior notification
- Late day account opening and closing
