Guaranty Vault is an image archive system that provides our customers with the ability to access bank statements and checks cleared on your Guaranty Bank accounts. This service is available to any users you designate in your office and is accessible from any computer that has Internet access.
We know that retrieving information is important to our customers, so this service will accumulate the statements and checks for up to seven years. This information can be printed if a paper copy is required.
- Web access to deposit account statements the day after they are prepared
- Statements available on-line from July 2004
- Cleared check images available from October 2004
- Ability to download data to client’s computer
- Ability for customer to add other users to view information
